01 Definitions

• "Service" — the Phet Mongkhon website and all financial education programmes offered.
• "User" / "You" — any individual who visits the website or enrols in a programme.
• "We" / "Us" / "Our" — Phet Mongkhon.
• "Programme" — any workshop, session, or educational course delivered by Phet Mongkhon.
• "Agreement" — the legally binding relationship formed upon your acceptance of these Terms.
• "Content" — all materials, worksheets, presentations, and information provided during programmes.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or registering for a programme, you confirm that:

• You are aged 18 years or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
• You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full.
• The information you provide to us is accurate and current.

03 Service Description

Phet Mongkhon provides in-person financial education programmes designed for adults aged 40 and above in Thailand. Current programmes include:

• Cash vs Card Decision Workshop (1 half-day session)
• Healthcare Savings Strategy (3 evening sessions)
• Relocation Financial Planning (5 sessions over one month)

Programme details, schedules, and availability are subject to change. We will communicate any material changes to enrolled participants in advance.

04 Enrolment & Payment

• Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment in Thai Baht (฿).
• Prices are listed per programme and are inclusive of all session materials.
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Prices are subject to change for future programme dates. Enrolled participants are not affected by subsequent price changes.

05 Cancellation & Refunds

• More than 7 days before the programme start: Full refund available upon written request.
• 3–7 days before start: 50% refund, or full credit toward a future programme date.
• Less than 3 days before start: No refund. Transfer to a future date may be arranged at our discretion.
• Cancellation by us: In the event we must cancel a programme, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.

06 User Responsibilities

As a participant or website visitor, you agree to:

• Engage respectfully with instructors and fellow participants.
• Not record, reproduce, or distribute programme content without written permission.
• Not use this website for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
• Provide accurate information when completing enquiry forms or registrations.
• Not attempt to interfere with the security or functionality of this website.

07 Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within our programmes — including text, worksheets, frameworks, illustrations, and course structures — is the intellectual property of Phet Mongkhon and is protected under Thai copyright law.

Participants are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use materials for their own learning purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content requires our prior written consent.

08 Disclaimers

• Our programmes provide general financial education and are not a substitute for professional financial, legal, or tax advice specific to your personal circumstances.
• We do not make any representation that programme content will lead to any specific financial outcome.
• Website content is provided in good faith but may not always reflect the most current developments in financial regulation or practice.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Phet Mongkhon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or programmes.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a programme shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific programme. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, personal injury, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10 Termination

We reserve the right to remove a participant from a programme without refund if their conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or in breach of these Terms.

We may also discontinue access to this website or specific services at any time. Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

11 Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If negotiation does not resolve the matter within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chiang Rai Province, Thailand.

12 General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Phet Mongkhon regarding your use of our services.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
• Waiver: Failure by us to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent.

13 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use our website or enrol in programmes after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
